While at the TCEQ I was in a unique position of being a data generator, consumer, analyst, and administrator. When it came to geographic or spatial data, I was co-founder, and later the chairman for several years, of the agency committee responsible for governance, standards, and policies for all GIS use within the TCEQ.I was involved in the business, technical, and administrative processes for air quality data, spatial and otherwise.
